What this site does and does not do

This site includes a contact form. We collect name, work email, optional company, message, privacy-notice acknowledgement, submission UUID, page path, client submission time and server receipt time; anti-abuse checks process a token. There is no account registration, analytics, advertising, data sale, or profiling.

Anti-abuse checks may use strictly necessary technologies; we do not use marketing cookies or a marketing cookie banner.

Email correspondence

We use form or email data to answer an enquiry and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps. The basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and, for professional correspondence and security, legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f). The checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not marketing consent.

Unanswered enquiries may be retained for up to 12 months; commercial or contract records for applicable statutory periods, generally up to 6 years.

Ordinary technical logs

Ordinary technical and security logs are limited to security, diagnostics and abuse prevention and are normally retained for under 30 days. They are not used for analytics or advertising.

Recipients and transfers

We do not share data for marketing. Cloudflare, Inc. may provide site delivery and anti-abuse verification; Hetzner Online GmbH the EU-hosted workflow/database; and Resend / Second Rodeo, Inc. transactional email. Appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards apply where required.

Your rights

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability where applicable by writing to daniel@netta-ops.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Children

This site is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly request children’s data.

Changes

We may update this notice to reflect legal or site changes. The update date appears at the top of this page.
